  • Can of chickpeas 1 piece
  • Chopped tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Dry couscous 2 cups
  • Grated orange zest 1 tsp
  • Grated Parmesan 1 tbsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped toasted almonds 1 tbsp

25-Minute Vegetable Tunisian Couscous

This recipe will allow you to quickly and easily prepare a delicious vegetable Tunisian couscous in just 25 minutes.

  • Ingredients:
  • Couscous - 200 g
  • Vegetables (zucchini, carrot, pepper) - 100 g each
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Spices (salt, pepper, cumin) - to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a base pot, pour in the olive oil and heat it up.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté them until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the couscous according to the package instructions.
  4. Combine the cooked couscous with the sautéed vegetables, add spices, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with herbs.
