  • Milk 2-3 Tablespoons
  • Dried apricots 225 Grams

  • Apple juice 300 Milliliters
  • Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  • Raisins 50 Grams
NoneFirst, prepare a square baking dish with a diameter of 23 cm by greasing it with oil or lining it with parchment paper.
NoneIn a large bowl, combine the flour, margarine, and nuts, then mix all the ingredients with your fingers. Gradually add water and mix thoroughly until smooth.
NoneForm the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
NoneFor the filling, bring the dried apricots to a boil, add the orange zest and juice, then simmer the mixture for 30 minutes until the apricots are soft.
NoneAfter cooling, blend the filling in a blender and add some cinnamon along with raisins.
NoneDivide the dough into two halves; spread one half over the bottom of the dish, then spread the fruit puree on top and cover it with the second half of the dough, pressing the edges together.
