Easy Festive Pie

This pie, which is easy to make, will be a true decoration for your festive table. Invite friends and family to delight them with this amazing dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g of butter
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add melted butter and continue to beat.
  3. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, then gently combine it with the egg-sugar mixture.
  4. Add the vanilla and mix well until uniform consistency.
  5. Pour the batter into a mold previously greased with butter.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. Cool the finished pie and serve, dusted with sugar or decorated with berries.
