Peanut Butter Cake

- 200 g peanuts
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 g cream

Preparation
- Grind the peanuts in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
- In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until homogeneous.
- Add the flour, peanuts, and baking powder; mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- After baking, let the cake cool, then cut it into three layers.
- For the cream, whip the sour cream with the cream until you reach the desired consistency.
- Spread the cream on each layer while assembling the cake.
- Decorate the top of the cake with melted chocolate.
