Turkey with Vegetables and Rice: Asian Style
This simple and delicious turkey recipe with vegetables and rice will transport you to the heart of Asia.
Ingredients
- Turkey fillet - 500 g
- Rice - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1 pc
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - 1 cm
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Cut the turkey into pieces and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Add the chopped carrot and broccoli, sauté for a few minutes.
- Combine the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, and add to the turkey and vegetables.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing all ingredients to absorb the sauce well.
- Serve with rice, garnishing with herbs if desired.
