Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Vegetables and Fried Long-Grain Rice

Ingredients
- 500 g beef tenderloin
- 300 g vegetables (of your choice)
- 250 g long-grain rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spices for meat (optional)
Preparation
- First, rinse the beef tenderloin and cut it into steaks.
- Marinate the meat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices, let it sit for 30 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables: chop them into cubes.
- Boil the long-grain rice in salted water until cooked.
