Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Vegetables and Fried Long-Grain Rice

This amazing recipe features delicious beef tenderloin grilled alongside fragrant vegetables, finished off with tender fried long-grain rice.

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef tenderloin
  • 300 g vegetables (of your choice)
  • 250 g long-grain rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spices for meat (optional)

Preparation

  1. First, rinse the beef tenderloin and cut it into steaks.
  2. Marinate the meat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices, let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables: chop them into cubes.
  4. Boil the long-grain rice in salted water until cooked.
  5. Sauté the vegetables on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.
  6. After that, add the sautéed vegetables to the rice and mix.
  7. Cook the steaks on the grill for 3-5 minutes on each side to your desired doneness.
  8. Serve the beef tenderloin with a side of rice and vegetables.
