  • Egg 1 Piece
  • Margarine or Butter 50 Grams
  • Vanilla Sugar 1 Teaspoon

  • Salt 1/4 Teaspoons
  • Milk 1 + 1/4 Cups
None1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
None2. Melt the margarine in the microwave (30 seconds is enough) or on the stove.
None3. In a small bowl, crack the egg and mix it with milk, cooled melted margarine, and vanilla sugar.
None4. Make a well in the flour mixture and pour in the contents of the small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
None5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Use a ladle to pour the batter onto the hot skillet. Cook the pancake on one side until bubbles form, then flip.
None6. Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate and garnish with banana slices and berries. Enjoy!
