French Baked Potatoes
This recipe is a winter French dish where the main ingredient is potatoes. The baked potatoes made with this recipe are sure to become a favorite for your family and guests.
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese - 150 g
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
- In a deep bowl, mix the sour cream, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the sour cream mixture and stir well to coat each piece.
- Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.
The finished potatoes should be golden and soft inside. Serve hot!
