French Baked Potatoes

This recipe is a winter French dish where the main ingredient is potatoes. The baked potatoes made with this recipe are sure to become a favorite for your family and guests.

  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Sour cream - 200 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cheese - 150 g
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
  2. In a deep bowl, mix the sour cream, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the potatoes to the sour cream mixture and stir well to coat each piece.
  4. Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.

The finished potatoes should be golden and soft inside. Serve hot!
