Blueberry Soup

Ingredients
- 1 l of water
- 300 g of forest berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
Cooking Instructions
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add the forest berries and let them simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then add sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
