  • Onion (finely chopped) 2 Pieces
  • Mushrooms (washed and chopped) 500 Grams
  • Carrot 200 Grams
  • Red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  • Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin 1 Pinch
  • Bay leaf 1 Piece
  • Salt (to taste) 1 Pinch
  • Black pepper (to taste) 1 Pinch
  • Garlic (crushed) 3 Cloves
  • Hot water 1.5 Cups
  • Potato 5 Pieces

cheshskii_gulyash-7460.jpgSauté the mushrooms over low heat for 3 minutes, then add the carrots and cook for another 2 minutes. After that, add the meat pieces and fry for about 3 minutes. Introduce 1 tablespoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of marjoram.
