This recipe will introduce you to a completely new taste of a citrus salad, filled with vitamins and minerals. Perfect for a light snack or as a side dish to your main course.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (can be substituted with lemon)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Preparation:

  1. First, peel the grapefruit and oranges, then slice them into segments.
  2. In a bowl, combine the grapefruit and orange segments.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with cardamom. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Serve the salad fresh!
