Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (about 1.5 kg)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
Preparation:
- Cut the lemon into wedges and squeeze the juice into a bowl, adding olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic.
- Thoroughly rinse and dry the chicken. Marinate it in the resulting sauce for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the chicken on the grill rack.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally for even browning.
- Check for doneness using a meat thermometer - the internal temperature should reach 75°C.
- Serve the chicken with vegetables or a side of your choice.
