Stuffed Eggplants with Bacon

• Eggplant 1 Piece
• Bacon slices 6 Pieces
• Grated cheese 1 Cup
• Sour cream 1/2 Cup
• Green onion 1 Piece

	Ingredients:
	Remove the stem from the eggplant, cut it in half. Make three cuts in one half and insert a piece of bacon into each cut. Do the same with the other half.
	In a separate bowl, combine grated cheese with sour cream.
	Evenly spread the cheese mixture on the eggplant and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
