Recipe for Thai Meatballs in "Red Curry" Sauce

This dish offers a unique taste and aroma thanks to the use of red curry. Thai meatballs are not only delicious but also very simple to make!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g ground meat
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Ginger root (to taste)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix together the ground meat, red curry paste, fish sauce, and grated ginger.
  2. Add the egg, season with salt and pepper to taste, and thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
  3. Form small meatballs and fry them in a pan until golden brown.
  4. Serve the meatballs drizzled with sauce made from the remaining curry paste, previously diluted in coconut milk.
