This simple recipe for a popular Asian dish combines tender pieces of beef, rice, sweet pepper, green peas, and red onion.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef
- 2 cups rice
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 cup peas
- 1 red onion
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the beef into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the beef until golden brown.
- Add the chopped onion and pepper, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Mix everything with the cooked rice and peas, add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
