Mushroom Salad with Hazelnuts and Pecorino

This rich mushroom salad with nuts and delicate cheese will be a great addition to any table. It pleasantly combines textures and flavors, creating a harmonious dish suitable for both everyday and festive occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 150 g cheese (for example, Parmesan)
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the mushrooms with the onion until golden brown.
