Bread Pudding

- 300 g old white bread
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the bread into cubes and place in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and melt the butter in it.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add the warm milk to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Pour the resulting mixture over the bread pieces, add raisins, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a buttered dish and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
