Lobster Roll
In this recipe, we will show you how to make a hearty lobster roll with tender lobster. This delicacy will be a wonderful addition to your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 150 g of lobster meat
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Start by preparing the lobster meat: clean it and cut it into pieces.
- Heat a pan and melt the butter in it.
- Sauté the lobster meat until golden brown, adding a little salt and pepper.
- Place the cooked lobster meat on slices of bread.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Cover with a second slice of bread and press down gently.
- Toast the sandwich in the pan on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, cutting in half.
