Turkey with Pineapples

This delightful recipe for turkey with pineapples will be a real decoration for your table. For a side dish, we suggest using Basmati rice, which perfectly complements this dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg turkey fillet
  • 200 g canned pineapples
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 g Basmati rice
  • 100 ml water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the turkey: cut the fillet into small pieces and season with salt.
  2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  3. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
  4. Add the turkey and cook until done.
  5. Stir in the canned pineapples and soy sauce, let simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the Basmati rice in 100 ml of water until done.
  7. Serve the turkey with pineapples alongside the rice.
