Turkey with Vegetables and Rice

Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey
  • 200 g rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and spices to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the turkey into pieces and sauté in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
