California Sandwich with Kiwi

Ingredients
- 2 pieces of bread (preferably whole grain)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- Nuts to taste (hazelnuts or walnuts)
Preparation
- Prepare the bread. Toast it in a dry skillet until golden brown.
- Prepare the fruit layer. Cut the banana and apple into small pieces.
- Make the cottage cheese mixture. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and honey until smooth.
