French Dish with Sausages, Bacon, and Vegetables

A true culinary masterpiece made with white wine and fresh ingredients. This dish combines the rich flavors of sausages and bacon, elegantly complemented by a variety of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 300 g sausage
  • 200 g bacon
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the sausage and bacon into small pieces.
  2. Sauté them in a pan until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the white wine and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
