Holiday Recipe: Tender Meat Dish

Ingredients:
- 1 kg meat (pork or beef)
- 3-4 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- Spices to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the meat into cubes, dry, and fry in a pan until golden brown.
- Slice the onion into half-rings and add it to the meat, frying until translucent.
- Grate the carrot and add it to the meat. Continue frying for a couple of minutes.
- Dice the potatoes and add them to the skillet. Pour in a little water or broth to simmer all the ingredients.
- Add spices and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until done.
