Apple Mousse Muffins

• Egg 1 Piece
• Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
• Salt 1/2 Teaspoons
• Prepared pumpkin pie spice mix 1 Teaspoon

	In a deep bowl, thoroughly whisk the butter with brown sugar and the egg until smooth. Then, gently fold in the apple mousse.
	In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and the previously prepared pumpkin pie spice mix. Combine this mixture with the apple-egg mixture and stir well.
	Fill the muffin cups with the prepared batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
	After baking, decorate the muffins with slices of fresh apples. Enjoy your meal!
