Simple Recipe for Asian Dish with Pork and Vegetables

This delightful dish combines pork, fresh vegetables, and rice, creating a harmonious flavor that will please you and your loved ones.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pork
  • 200 g rice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Start by cooking the rice. Boil it according to the package instructions. Then set it aside.
  2. Cut the pork into small pieces and sauté it in a pan with sesame oil until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables: carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli, and continue to sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then add the soy sauce, mix thoroughly, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked pork with the vegetables and boiled rice, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
