Cranberry Salad with Feta Cheese and Millet
This exquisite salad with feta cheese and millet is not only incredibly delicious but also very easy to prepare. Try it as a light lunch or a side dish!
Ingredients
- Millet - 1 cup
- Feta cheese - 200 grams
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Dill - for garnish
Preparation
- Thoroughly rinse the millet and cook it in salted water until done.
- Mix the cooled millet with diced tomatoes and cucumber.
- Add crumbled feta cheese to the mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently mix all the ingredients and garnish with dill.
- Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
