  • 300 ml strong coffee
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 g gelatin
  • 200 ml cream
  • Cocoa powder for decoration

Preparation

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold coffee for 5-10 minutes beforehand.
  2. Then add sugar and heat the mixture over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Next, add the cream and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the gelée with cocoa for a subtle chocolate accent.
