Cheddar Cheese Crackers

Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 50 g butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper (optional)
- 80 ml cold water
Preparation:
- In a deep bowl, mix flour, grated cheese, butter, and salt until you get a uniform mass.
- Add a pinch of red pepper, if using, and gradually pour in the cold water while kneading the dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm.
- Cut out desired shapes and place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.
- Let cool and serve as a snack or with tea.
