French Chicken Dish with Peas and Bacon
This classic recipe combines tender chicken meat, sweet green peas, and aromatic bacon. A magnificent treat that will surely impress your guests.
Ingredients:
- Chicken - 500 g
- Frozen peas - 300 g
- Bacon - 150 g
- Onion - 1 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Herbs to taste
Cooking Method:
- Cut the chicken into portion-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
- Add chicken and fry until golden brown.
- Add chopped bacon and fry for a few more minutes.
- Then add peas, season with salt and pepper. Simmer under a lid for 15-20 minutes.
