Delicious Chicken Fillet in Indian Style
This simple recipe is a combination of chicken fillet and fresh tomatoes, prepared in an exquisite Indian curry sauce, served with a side of fluffy rice.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g rice
- Water
Preparation
- First, rinse the chicken fillet well and cut it into cubes.
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the fillet until golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the chicken and continue cooking.
- Sprinkle the mixture with curry powder, add salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
