Asian Dish with Chicken and Mango
In this recipe, we will share the process of preparing a spicy dish with fried chicken breast, sweet mango, crispy broccoli, and fragrant rice as a side.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 500 g
- Mango - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Rice - 300 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and marinate in soy sauce with grated garlic and ginger for 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Add broccoli to the chicken and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are ready.
- Finally, add diced mango and mix, cooking for another 2 minutes.
