Fried chicken breasts are a simple and tasty dish that can be a great option for lunch or dinner. With just a few ingredients, you can get juicy and aromatic pieces of chicken meat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts - 500 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Garlic (optional) - 2 cloves

Preparation

  1. Prepare the chicken breasts: rinse and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the breasts into small pieces so they cook faster.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  5. Place the pieces of chicken on the hot skillet and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. If you are using garlic, add it to the skillet one minute before the cooking is finished.
  7. Serve the chicken breasts hot, garnished with vegetables or rice.
