Chicken and Mushroom Burger Recipe
Prepare an amazing burger filled with chicken and mushrooms for a stunning lunch.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 200 g champignons
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- burgers or buns for serving
- lettuce leaves
- tomato
- sauce to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and chop the mushrooms and onion finely.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion until golden.
- Add the chicken and garlic, cooking until fully cooked.
- Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Fill the burger buns with the resulting mixture, adding lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
