  • Flour (for pancakes) 5 Tbsp
  • Vegetable oil (for pancakes) 30 Milliliters
  • Dry yeast (for pancakes) 5 Grams
  • Sugar (for pancakes) 3 Tbsp
  • Condensed milk (can) (for filling) 1 Piece
  • Boiled condensed milk (can) (for filling) 1 Piece

kurskii_blinnii_tort-482488.jpg 2. Fry the pancakes, greasing both the pan and the pancakes with oil. The pancakes should be perfectly even. I chose not to trim the already cooked pancakes but to bake them in a salad mold.
