Seafood Lasagna Recipe

This seafood lasagna is a magnificent "ocean" dish that will delight you and your loved ones. Follow our recipe to create a true culinary masterpiece.

Ingredients:

  • Lasagna sheets — 12 pieces
  • Seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels) — 500 grams
  • Béchamel sauce — 500 ml
  • Grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan) — 200 grams
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add seafood and cook until tender.
  3. Prepare the béchamel sauce by mixing flour, milk, and butter until smooth.
  4. Spread a bit of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, then a layer of lasagna, followed by sauce, seafood, and grated cheese.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving — and enjoy!
