Seafood Lasagna Recipe
This seafood lasagna is a magnificent "ocean" dish that will delight you and your loved ones. Follow our recipe to create a true culinary masterpiece.
Ingredients:
- Lasagna sheets — 12 pieces
- Seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels) — 500 grams
- Béchamel sauce — 500 ml
- Grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan) — 200 grams
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
- Add seafood and cook until tender.
- Prepare the béchamel sauce by mixing flour, milk, and butter until smooth.
- Spread a bit of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, then a layer of lasagna, followed by sauce, seafood, and grated cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of sauce and cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
