Lasagna with Bacon and Colby Cheese
We present to you a delicious recipe for lasagna made with bacon and colby cheese. This dish will delight all family members and is a great option for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- Lasagna sheets - 9 pieces
- Bacon - 200 grams
- Colby cheese - 300 grams
- Canned tomatoes - 400 grams
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Basil - optional
Preparation:
- First, sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the chopped bacon and fry until crispy.
- Pour in the canned tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, and basil.
- Layer the lasagna in a baking dish: first sauce, then lasagna sheets, more sauce, and grated colby cheese.
- Finish with a layer of cheese and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30 minutes.
