Gingersnap Lemon Pie

This simple recipe allows you to savor the taste of an authentic American dessert. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until smooth.
  4. Gradually add melted butter and milk while continuing to whisk.
