Onion Soup with Salmon
This divine onion soup will be a true revelation for all culinary enthusiasts. It combines simplicity and splendor, thanks to the cheesy crust and tender salmon.
Ingredients:
- 4 large onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1.5 liters of chicken broth
- 200 g of cheese (hard)
- 300 g of salmon fillet
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Peel the onions and slice them into half-rings.
- In a pot, heat the olive oil, add the onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the chicken broth to the onions and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the salmon fillet into small pieces.
- When the soup is ready, add the salmon to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the soup in individual bowls, sprinkled with grated cheese. Optionally, you can broil the cheese in the oven for a golden finish.
