Ingredients:

  • 1 kg swordfish
  • 100 g fresh ginger
  • soy sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  2. Grate the ginger and add it to the soy sauce.
  3. Marinate the fish in the ginger sauce for at least 30 minutes.
