Granita Frozen Juice

• Вода 1 Стакан
• Сахар 1 Стакан
• Фруктовый сок 3 Стакана
• Лимонный сок 2 Чайных ложки

	Mix 1 cup of water with 1/2 cup of sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then remove from heat and let cool slightly at room temperature.
	Add three cups of juice to the cooled sugar syrup.
	Pour this mixture into a freezing container and place it in the freezer.
	Every 20 minutes, stir the mixture with a fork until small ice crystals form, until there is no liquid left.
	Enjoy, your ice cream is ready!
