Beef Sandwich

• Boiled beef 450 grams
• Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
• Wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
• Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 piece
• Eggs (hard-boiled, chopped) 4 pieces
• Black bread (sliced) 1 piece
• Sweet sauce 3 tablespoons
• Jar of pickles 1 piece
• Salt (to taste) 1 piece
• Ground pepper (to taste) 1 piece

	Boil the eggs (hard-boiled), then immerse them in cold water (add ice cubes if desired) and let them sit for 10 minutes.
	Finely chop the onion.
	Peel the eggs and chop them.
	Slice the pickles.
	Cut the boiled beef into small cubes.
	Grind the meat in a food processor.
	Add mayonnaise.
	Mix in the chopped onion, pickles, eggs and combine thoroughly.
	Spread the meat filling on slices of bread and add a few pieces of pickles.
	Close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
