  • Chopped green onions 1 tablespoon
  • Cream 150 milliliters
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 to taste

Chilled Summer Soup Recipe

This refreshing soup is perfect for hot days. It’s light, tasty, and can be served either cold or hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 400 g fresh cucumbers
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 50 g green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Add the chopped cucumbers and tomatoes to the boiling vegetable broth.
  2. Add the chopped red bell pepper and green onions.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and add a little olive oil.
  4. Stir all the ingredients vigorously and let the soup chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  5. Serve cold or heat it up if desired.
