Hearty Vegetable Soup Recipe
This vegetable soup can be made either with meat or in a vegetarian style. It has a rich flavor and aroma, making it perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g onions
- 100 g tomatoes
- 1 liter vegetable broth or water
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Herbs for serving
Cooking Instructions
- Peel and chop all the vegetables.
- In a pot, heat some oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the carrots and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Then add the potatoes and tomatoes, pour in the broth or water.
