  • Olive Oil 80 grams
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Onion 500 grams
  • Broth (if needed) 1 cup
  • White Wine 1 cup
  • Meat Sauce 120 grams
  • Flour 50 grams
  • Parsley 1 pinch
  • Salt 10 grams
  • Black Pepper 5 grams
  • Water 1 liter
  • Cornmeal 250 grams
