Chinese Dumplings

Ingredients:

  • Pork mince - 300 g
  • Beef mince - 200 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Dumpling dough - 500 g

  1. Mix the pork and beef mince in a deep bowl.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic and grated ginger to the mince.
