Italian Risotto with Zucchini and Cheese

This is a great recipe for those who want to enjoy classic Italian flavors. Zucchini and cheese risotto is not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup risotto rice
  • 2 zucchinis, diced
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking

  1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
