Turkey Roll "Prado"
This delightful turkey roll is perfect for a family dinner. Juicy turkey fillets combined with sweet peppers and melted cheese create a dish that will impress your family and friends.
Ingredients:
- rice - 250 g
- canned bell peppers - 340 g
- cheese - 100 g
- thin turkey steaks - 4 pcs
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- chicken broth - 400 ml
- dark binding sauce - to taste
Cooking:
- First, boil the rice until ready.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with oil until golden.
- Add the chopped turkey and fry until the meat is cooked through.
- Mix the turkey with the rice and chopped cheese, let it warm a little.
- Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
