Fish with Potatoes Baked under Mayonnaise

• Tomato 3 Pieces
• Cheese 150 Grams
• Mayonnaise 50 Grams
• Salt, pepper To taste
• Oil for greasing the dish To taste

	Cut the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper to taste.
	Slice the potatoes and tomatoes into rounds.
	Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and layer half of the potatoes. Place the fish on top, followed by the tomatoes.
	Cover with the remaining potatoes, spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
