Fish Wellington Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fish (salmon or any of your choice)
  • Puff pastry
  • Champignon mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg (for egg wash)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Prepare the filling by finely chopping the onion and garlic, then sautéing them with the mushrooms in a pan.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
