Salad with Tongue and Nuts

  • Boiled tongue 300 grams
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Canned corn (cans) 0.5 pieces
  • Walnuts 30 grams
  • Olives 5 pieces
  • Hard cheese 100 grams
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
NoneBreak the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk them with a fork. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
NoneIn a well-heated skillet (grease it lightly with oil beforehand), fry the egg pancakes (or one pancake if you have a large skillet).
NoneCut the pre-cooked tongue into thin strips.
NoneFinely chop the onion and sauté it until it becomes soft and golden.
NoneGrate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
NoneOpen the can of corn and drain the liquid.
NoneIn a heated dry skillet, toast the nuts, then chop them (there should be some small pieces left).
NoneMix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and add mayonnaise. Mix well. Garnish the prepared dish with olives and fresh herbs to taste.
